Vecata's investment team consists of the following employees: Hans-Henrik Eriksen - CEO, Vecata Ltd. since 2003.  Previously Hans-Henrik Eriksen was Finance Director in Dandy Ltd., a company in the Bagger-Sorensen Group that was sold to Cadbury-Schweppes Plc. in 2002. Prior to his employment in the Bagger-Sorensen Group Hans-Henrik Eriksen was Manager, accounting and taxes in Tele Danmark A/S (the Danish Telecom) for 6 years. Before this Hans-Henrik Eriksen worked as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen for 7 years. He has extensive experience in establishing companies as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Apart from a number of board positions in the Vecata portfolio Hans-Henrik Eriksen is also a board member in the Færch Group. Jennifer Fode -  P.A., Vecata Ltd. since 2003. Before 2003 Jennifer Fode was secretary to the Finance Director of Dandy Ltd., a company in the Bagger-Sorensen Group that was sold to Cadbury-Schweppes Plc. in 2002. John Riis Mortensen - Investment Director, Vecata A/S since 2004. John Riis Mortensen was previously Head of Treasury and Project Manager in Dandy Ltd., a company in the Bagger-Sorensen Group that was sold to Cadbury-Schweppes Plc. in 2002. John Riis Mortensen continued as Head of Treasury with Cadbury-Schweppes Plc. from 2002 until 2004. Prior to this John Riis Mortensen worked as a project consultant with Danish Industry (DI), which is a private organisation funded, owned and managed entirely by 11.000 Danish companies within the manufacturing, trade and service industry. John Riis Mortensen holds board positions in a number of the companies in the Vecata portfolio. Steen Bagger-Sorensen - Investment Director, Vecata Ltd. since 2009. Previously Steen Bagger-Sorensen was Sales and Project Manager in Gumlink A/S. Prior to this Steen has worked as internal Sales Consultant in VM Data Ltd. and as Marketing Trainee in Dandy Ltd. and Stimorol Distribution Switzerland (both companies previously belonged to the Bagger-Sorensen Group but were sold to Cadbury-Schweppes Plc. in 2002). Apart from a number of board positions in the Vecata portfolio, Steen Bagger-Sorensen is also a member of the board in Bagger-Sorensen & Co. Ltd, The Bagger-Sorensen Fund, Vecata Ltd. and the Danish football club VB Plus Ltd. In 2000 Steen graduated in Business Administration from Aarhus School of Business (Aarhus University).
